DESCRIPTION:

MySchoolWorx was created by Christian educators and technologists. We understand what it takes for schools to succeed. We developed MySchoolworx to give Christian Schools the advanced tools they need to build a strong foundation for success. This grant was created to provide operational advantages to help start-up or struggling Christian schools grow and flourish.

The MySchoolWorx Herzog Foundation grant includes access and use of MySchoolWorx features for the entire school staff, parents, and students in a combination of free and grant-subsidized fees of up to 50% of the cost of a subscription, for up to 3 academic school years. This enables new and growing schools to leverage the operational benefits of premier software while focusing their budgets on other critical start-up costs, such as teaching salaries and curriculum, or tuition concessions to encourage enrollment, for example.

The grant also covers 100% of the cost of training, and live technical support and includes full use of a complimentary mobile app to engage parents and students.

• Ensures rapid (1 week) setup via a one-time, 90% grant-subsidized setup fee of $250 (that is applied towards your future subscription.)
• Up to 7 Months Free Use - when you sign up between the months of January and July.  Use all native features including school-building tools like Online Enrollment and eCommerce for Tuition Pay, subscription-free to grow your school during those months, then at a small grant-subsidized fee when the new academic year commences.*

• Includes Customization of Your School's MySchoolWorx Portal: Access for your team to display your school's brand, and create your unique profile, grading periods, schedules, etc. 

• MySchoolWorx is easily mastered in just minutes; however, we also offer step-by-step training and self-guided instruction via videos and how-to help articles.
• Includes Live (Online) "Summer Camp" -  multiple sessions offered throughout summer for instruction via Zoom. 
• CEU Credits are provided to all Admin & Faculty/teaching staff for completion of the full 60-minute session.
  
• Ongoing live and recorded topical Webinars throughout the year.
• Live Technical Support is open to all admin and teaching staff. No question is too small for our friendly techs.

• Subscription fees are deeply subsidized by the grant for up to the first 3 years of life of the school, enabling you to focus your budget on other critical foundational needs - while growing your enrollment and your school's over-all ministry.
• * The discounted $250 Set-up fee is also applied to your first year's subscription.
• Subscription Includes access to all of MySchoolWorx's robust native features in the desktop edition, PLUS:
• Includes Free Parents Mobile App - Designed specifically for on-the-go communications between, parents, students, and school staff. Message teachers and admins; check on homework assignments, grades, events, and more. Available for all Apple and Android device users in your school community.

Submitting your profile helps us create your school's MySchoolWorx portal and accommodate your school's data.

Our team works with you to transfer your school's existing student, parent, teacher & admin data safely and securely into your portal.

Parents are notified with login instructions. After logging in for the first time they can also  download and use the mobile app.

Admins & Teachers choose their full training session from a roster of hosted training events + get free videos & printable user guides.
